BestSync is an exceptional tool for synchronizing folders, external drives and PCs. It´s a great way to make sure your data is completely safe. For example, you can synchronize, compress and encrypt files in a USB device at work, and do the inverse process when you get home to save data in your home PC. Even if you remove the USB half way through the process, the data cannot be deciphered. It uses a 128Bit RSA RC2 algorithm.

BestSync is easy to use and has an assistant to configure it. You can start tasks automatically when you insert a USB, Flash memory or run the corresponding network drive.

BestSync can also synchronize folders. You can, for example, synchronize a folder on your hard drive with an FTP site. It only updates files that have been modified. Almost the whole process is done with the mouse, the keyboard almost never. The most used folders on your hard drive are always to hand, always accessible.

BestSync is also very reliable. It has a task preview option for you to adjust anything. Check the capacity of the disc before running a task, and you can protect files to be read-only, and rename a file that is the same as another but with different content.

* Synchronize with an FTP server. Ideal for web updates, as only modified files enter the synchronization.

* The synchronizing process can be activated by different events, like inserting a storage device in the PC, or setting up a network drive.

* You can determine that compression and encryption processes also come under synchronization. The same can be done for decompression and de-encryption.
